By using our Site or engaging us for Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

Use of Our Site

Services and Estimates

We provide estimates based on the information and the vehicle condition presented to us. Estimates are not final invoices. Actual costs may change if additional damage is discovered during the repair, if parts or supplements are required, or if the scope of work changes. We will communicate any material changes to you before proceeding.

Scheduling and completion timelines are estimates. Most hail repairs are completed within a few days once parts and any insurance approvals are finalized, but heavier damage and supply or carrier delays may extend the timeline.

Insurance Claims

When you ask us to, we will work with your insurance carrier to assist with estimates, supplements, and communications to make the claims process easier. You remain responsible for your relationship with your insurance carrier, including the accuracy of the information you provide to them, your deductible, and any amounts your policy does not cover. We do not guarantee that your carrier will approve any claim, estimate, or supplement.

You are responsible for payment of any amounts not covered by insurance, including your deductible, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of service or upon completion, unless we have arranged otherwise in writing or your insurance carrier is paying us directly. We accept the payment methods identified at the time of service. Vehicles may not be released until payment obligations are satisfied, to the extent permitted by law.

Rental Cars

Complimentary rental cars may be available to qualifying customers, subject to availability and eligibility requirements that we determine. Availability of a rental car is not guaranteed and is offered at our discretion. Any rental is subject to the terms of the rental provider, and you are responsible for complying with those terms.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our work. We will perform the Services in a professional and workmanlike manner.

Please understand the following about our Services:

  • Paintless dent repair is most effective on dents where the paint surface is intact. Results depend on the size, depth, and location of the damage and the condition of the vehicle. Not all dents can be fully removed through paintless methods, and we will advise you when a dent cannot be fully corrected.
  • Ceramic coating performance depends on proper care and maintenance following application. Coating durability and appearance can be affected by environmental conditions, washing practices, and normal wear. Any product manufacturer warranty is provided by the manufacturer and is subject to its terms.
  • Detailing and paint correction results depend on the existing condition of the vehicle's surfaces. Pre-existing damage may limit achievable results.

Except as expressly stated by us in writing, the Services and our Site are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Any specific workmanship warranty we offer will be described separately in writing. Manufacturer warranties on products such as ceramic coatings are governed by the manufacturer's own terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hail Repair Experts and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Appointments and Cancellations

We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment so we can accommodate other customers. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments when necessary due to weather, parts availability, capacity, or other circumstances.

Vehicle Pickup

You agree to pick up your vehicle promptly once Services are complete and we have notified you. Vehicles left beyond a reasonable period after completion and notification may be subject to storage fees to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, is owned by or licensed to Hail Repair Experts and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site.

If you provide your phone number and consent, we may contact you by text message about your inquiry, appointments, and Services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
